How do you come up with your valuation?
We always ask questions about your house and its location when you call. We use that information together with our own knowledge of the UK property market to judge a fair cash price for your home. We usually also visit you at home, which gives us the opportunity to ensure that our initial valuation reflects your property's value.
How long does the sale take?

I am in debt, does that matter?

Do I need a solicitor?
No, although if you have a family solicitor and you would like them to look through the sale contract, that's fine. We can provide you with good legal representation if you need it.
